As an involved area developer, AM sets the bar high when it comes to developing residential areas. Based on its social involvement, AM has started a collaboration with the Hartstichting (Heart Foundation) to promote health. The goal is to create a heart-safer environment. AM installs Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) in all its new construction projects, making it the first area developer to contribute to a nationwide AED network of 24/7 registered AEDs.

What has AED-Partner meant to AM?

The development of the Hefkwartier residential area in Rotterdam fits seamlessly into AM's goal to create areas where people can live happily and healthily. The houses and apartments have spacious living rooms and ample outdoor space and are finished to a high standard. The proximity of the water gives a feeling of freedom and the apartments have a beautiful view of the Maas and the Hefbrug. Apartment building W is equipped with an AED that was installed by AED-Partner. The Automated External Defibrillator is located on the outside of the apartment building, so the entire Hefkwartier can use the AED, making the Hefkwartier a heart-safer environment.
