Heart-safe living at Vesteda

Vesteda is a residential investor and lessor of nearly 28,000 apartments and single-family homes in the Netherlands. Their goal: to become the best landlord in the Netherlands. And they are well on their way to that. For example, Vesteda is aiming for 99% of homes to have a green energy label by 2024. Vesteda is also committed to safe living in and around the Vesteda homes. And that's where AEDs come in!

A few years ago, Vesteda came up with the idea of ​​equipping various apartment complexes with an AED. 35 AEDs were ordered at an online AED sales point. About half of them were hung up at the time and the other AEDs ended up in the pantry.

In 2023, Vesteda also wanted to install this batch of AEDs. Cesar Pasmans is involved in this from Vesteda: “We ended up at AED-Partner via via and that turned out to be a good choice. From the first contact everything is quickly and well arranged! AED-Partner has collected the AEDs from our head office in Amsterdam and fully checked them. We also immediately concluded a service agreement for all AEDs. This way we know for sure that they always meet the requirements.”

The right locations
“With the help of our regional offices, HartslagNu and AED-Partner, we have determined where the AEDs can best come into their own. Our starting point was not only to help our tenants, but also to contribute to the national coverage of AEDs. Where possible, we have therefore opted for placement in the public space.”

From plan to installation
AED-Partner has taken care of the contact with the caretakers and the placement of the AEDs. “It all went very smoothly. We are happy with AED-Partner. Thanks in part to your helpfulness, everything was arranged neatly and quickly!”
